Ok I've been sick at home lately (my mom thinks it's time to have my tonsils removed) and during this time i've been doing readings left and right. Some of the things that come up are things like better grades a girlfriend coming up (man if this is wrong my cards have a cruel sense of humor) and perhaps maybe more respect on my part. But when I ask what are my karmic lessons i always get cards like the devil, the tower, death, and the fool. This is weird huh?

Oh btw has anyone who watches or plays .hack noticed that the game they are playing is called "the world" and the last card of the major arcana is "the world". I'm gonna start investigating kite's and tsukasa's story to see if there are some possible corrolations in the tarot world. Research man it's like anytime i find something like this I go scholar and begin investigating. Oh well my minds always been the curious one. Kinda like my mom said she was.

I'm sorry to hear that, Yami Yugi, that sounds really miserable :(
And I can't even help with your reading question. I'm sure someone else here can explain why your immediate readings are so encouraging and your karmic readings have such huge messages for you, though.

as for your question... not sure i can give a great answer either...
but remember that asking about the immediate future is much different than analyzing your karma... and the lessons you are here to learn..
i wouldn't try to compare the two, but read each individually... you have quite a life left to live and i'm sure those karma cards will start to make more sense as you continue along your path...

Oh no big deal with the tonsils it's the waiting that gets me. You get this certificat e so you can get all the ice cream you want from downstairs. Anyway it's a simple 1day in-out surgery though i'll be out of school for a week. Thanks much for the quick reply my sessions using my cards are really going good. Sometimes i just get stuck on a card and check the book but it's alright, right? the spreads i have been using are the celtic cross, gypsy wish spread, karmic spread, and 3-card spread.

Yami Yugi: Sorry ye are under the weather.
Have ye examined your lifetime cards such as the Personality & Soul Cards? They may assist with insight regarding the karma queries.
Also helpful is keeping a record of the various card throws for reference & review. If ye use any particular spread regularly such as the Celtic Cross, see which cards make repeat appearances; where their positions are in relation to the rest of the spread; & note any changes in their positions. The position affects the meaning of a card, especially a repeating card.
