I don't have a clue. I'd like to hear what you have to say!

Nice question...
By definition the Knight of Cups I guess would probably be pretty moody...
But let me think about it
If I were to think of them as people, the High Priestess wouldn't be necessarily moody, but with an odd and strong temper... (makes me think of the Knight of Swords too)
The Moon I think is pretty much PSM land
There are a couple of cards that to me sometimes speak of unpredictable events, like the 6 of pentacles, 6 of swords, 5 of Pentacles, and I guess being moody has to do with being unpredictable
I think I would associate the Moon with being moody... as a friend of mine used to say "don't worry about him, he's just in one of his moons"

With just one minor trip-up you can piss Justice off.

My vote for moodiest card would have to be the 9 swords. Drama queen extraordinaire!
And 4 cups = poutiest card.

My vote goes for the Knight of Cups and also for the Moon. Probably the Page and the Queen of Cups are moody too. Wathever related to water.
Jog, i cant see the knight of pentacles like a moody person. Yes like an extremist but not moody at all if we are talking about suden humour-state changes. But maybe is just me.

Depends on what you mean by "moody," I suppose. Some candidates from my perspective would be:
5 cups
3 swords
10 wands
Queen of Swords, reversed
the Devil

I vote for the Moon. She can get into helluva moods - better sometimes to hide till she has snapped out of it.

I also vote for The Moon. Suffering from bipolar disorder, I find I identify with this card more than any other in the deck. Around the time of my period, especially...I have literally felt homicidal during this time. I feel The Moon accurately reflects all those feelings, as well as depression, and the dark side of your Self.
Just my less than 2 cents!
Blessings, Michelle

Alissa, I agree with the 4 of cups for the poutiest. My 14 year old daughter sits and crosses her arms the same way when she pouts, For the moodiest I have to say the Queen of Cups not only does she look cranky in the RWS, but with the flowing of water at her feet it makes me feel that her mood swings can be guite frequent.

High Preistess. She works of different levels. She can be a leader, a confidante or an abuser of power. She hides her emotions well, and when she's upset, you'd bettter walk softly in her presence.

Interesting question.
My vote would be the King of Cups... it's gotta be frustrating to not fully express his artistic nature, having to be responsible and a ruler and all. And being Fire in the suit of Water... that's gotta be rough. And unlike the others in the suit, he's completely surrounded by water... floating entirely on emotions. What a crank!
