what does this cymbal mean??

On the wheel of fortune in the Rider-Waite deck the cymbal on the wheel next to Hermanubis. The one in the South East position. Does anyone know what is it and what it means?????? To me it looks like the cymbal pie (3.14 add infinity)

I't's a Hebrew letter. The symbols in the four corners, starting in the upper right side and going anti-clockwise, form the name of God in Hebrew.
