What is the void that tarot is filling for you? Everything we do fulfills us somehow. e.g. painting, religion, partying, collecting items, they all give us some kind of satisfaction.
I think tarot must be some kind of spiritual healing within ourselves, from what we learn from it.There is something to it that is satisfying our life.
Just some thoughts & wondered what you all thought.

...yes, precisely... what synchronicity. I was just thinking about this very thing. The path outlined herein is miraculous.

I think one of the most healings things Tarot does for me is to bring me comfort when I am in a mental turmoil. I know I can trust the Tarot completely and that it will never judge me one way or another. It's neutral but not indifferent.
And when one is comforted, when the fear and the sadness have lifted, one can find the courage to move on.

The Tarot cards represent for me the mirror of the moment, the mirror of me or of the consultant. An although we may not always be completely open to hearing the message / seeing the reflection, working with Tarot just always again confirms me that "chance" simply doesn't exist. Everything always comes to us the moment we need it.
I would sometimes be better off if I thought more often about this... :D would boost up my confidence in the miracles of life and spare me some worries...

The void it fills for me began simply as a type of study. I love studying and learning, but as time has gone by I would add that it enables a self analysis through that study, yes a type of healing!

tarot, for me, started out as a replacement hobby (although i've been fascinated with the cards since i was in my teens). when my wife and i had a child it was no longer appropriate for me to spend long hours in front of video games. i pursued tarot and read plenty about it. in the course of learning, i realized plenty of things that can be applied to life (i.e. after the difficulties that is the moon comes the enlightenment of the sun, etc. etc. etc.)...
...in short, tarot has become a counselor of sorts for me...and still an outstanding hobby...

To me it is a link to GOD and all that is divine. It is a comfort to know that SOMEONE is listening to my questions....and answering them back.
