A useful "coincidence"?

Had to babble about this one (hope nobody thinks its an advertisement!).
Yesterday I went to check out a divination site my deck had been put up on, and did a test reading to see what it looked like. My question was a pretty vague "tell me something I need to know". When I looked at the reading itself, it was one of the most muddled messes I've ever seen - and then I went down and started looking at the individual card interpretations. Seven of the 9 interpretations in the reading had problems with the text - either missing or truncated, or in the wrong place.
This sent me, naturally, to take a look at the cards and interpretations one by one, and I found only four more problems beside the cards that had originally turned up in the reading. I sent an email with corrections, (a positive one, because that few mistakes is a joy and a wonder) and then started thinking about it.
Just how likely is it that the first reading I try shows me in explicit detail more than half of the glitches? Incredible! With a computer program to generate the spread, and the only random factor the exact time that I clicked the key to generate it? Wonders upon wonders!

Hi, Astra. Rachel Pollack has the most wonderful discussion of "random" phenomena in her book, 78 Degrees of Wisdom. Your close tie to this deck, coupled with innate sensitivity, probably provided a very firm bridge for exactly the right message to come across. What a great experience!

More than any querent to the site at that time, you were the one person who could see and send feedback on the problems, so the cards had to tell you it ALL, fast! What a synchronistically insightful question that was!

I don't believe in coincidences. I agree, your cards had to tell you all at once, to get the errors corrected ;)

Majecot, I don't believe in coincidences much, either, but it seemed like a good title for the thread.
Thing is, I'm used to being able to do a good reading by interpreting, and there's always something I can use in a layout that will work, but this was so delightfully specific and timely, without any way of misinterpretation, that it gave me a gleeful moment of bogglement.

I had to see your cards and check out your site. I thought the computer generated reading was excellent, I didn't really have a question, but got it answered anyhow, it clicked with what is happening in my life and the direction I want to take it in. Kudos, great job on the deck design and your meanings for them. There are no coincidences, that is just what we call things we don't want to believe are truly meant to be.

If I hadn't been reading for over 30 years, I think I would find that downright scary! :D Thanks for the good words.
