Appropriate Talking Tarot subject matter

The purpose of the Talking Tarot forum is to provide members a place to ask and discuss *Tarot-related issues* that do not fit into our other Tarot forum categories. It is *not* a forum designed to provide non-members a place to throw party threads, or discuss Chat-like subjects. It is *not* to provide a forum for discussion on ANY non-Tarot related subjects. This includes spirituality, dreams, and other esoteric subjects, as appropriate AT forums also exist for these subjects. Managing this forum is a difficult task, but can be made much easier if members please take these points into consideration before posting. I understand there are grey areas in how we view a thread, and there is some overlapping ideas on where a thread should go. If you are uncertain where a thread should go, you can always PM a moderator for guidance if you prefer. There have been a number of innappropriate threads started in this forum in the previous month's time, and no single person is the "cause" of this Sticky being issued, so please do not feel this Sticky is a personal attack if you've recently had a thread moved due to its inappropriate content. However, the issue is becoming an epidemic, and I politely ask for everyone's help in addressing it. Thank you.

I'll be the first to admit that I may be guilty of this once in a while but sometimes it just happens. I try not to.

Should anyone wish to upgrade their membership this would be the page to see. The subscribership provides the following additional forums: Chat, Spirituality, Magic, Competitions, Aeclectic Tarot Projects as well as the Forum archives. Again, the purpose of this Sticky is not to single out those who may have posted and had threads moved in the past, but to assist those in the future. :D

Oops, I just started a thread thinking I was in Tarot Decks, but actually I was here. I think my thread should go into Tarot Decks. --I wonder could it be moved? (Sorry for the trouble . . . I started here because a couple of related threads were here, not realizing where I was . . . anyway, I think my thread would do better elsewhere :( ) Punchinella

punchinella: The penalty for posting in the wrong forum is to send a Tarot Deck to every single Aeclectic subscriber. You can send me a Heron Tarot of Marseille. Naah! Only kidding. :D It's no hassle. A moderator of Talking Tarot will come along soon and move your thread to the correct place. :) (Now, I'll need to send you my address for my deck......)

Neither of you will get it because a Ninja will appear in the middle of the night and steal it. ;) I've tried to keep my threads in the right places, but hey, no one's perfect, and sometimes we get where we are mixed up, but I hope people will read this and not accidently post their latest dream in Talking Tarot or something like that.

OOps, I posted the thread about the live exorcism and it was moved. Sorry! I see what you mean about the appropriate use of the forum. I did say we would discuss it afterwards, but I wont if you feel its not appropriate.
