card guessing

i was fooling around with my deck trying to figure out new things to do with it and figured id try the old guess the card to see how pyscic you are thing. i used three cards, the moon card, the death card, and the lovers card, i mixed them up and then laid them all out in a row and tryed to guess where they all where. i did upside down, right side up with my eyes closed. i did it about 20 times and every single time i got the lovers card right and i got the moon card and the death card right allmost every time execpt for a couple of times where i couldint sepearte the images of the to cards in my mind for some reson. i have tryed other systems but didint have much luck with them and for a while there i some how felt like i had become linked with the lovers card. so i was just wondering if anyone els had tryed it or would try it for me and tell me what the results are. thanks

Once upon a time, I went to a very very good psychic who read my Tarot. After, he would pull out his psy cards (sqaure, circle, wavy lines, those cards) and laid 10 face down. Then, he would show you the card and touch it to a face down one, you would tell him same or different. I'd never played this kinda game before for myself. I find it smacks of "test the psychic". But, here my psychic wanted to test his readees. I was game. I said the first thing that came to my head, "Same... different.... different. Ummm same." I got 9 out of 10 right. I freaked *him* out when he turned over the last card. "You're very good," he said to me. I laughed. Well I didn't need a psychic to tell me I'm psychic! That part I knew. Still, he was an awesome (if expensive) reader. Would start automatic writing while he was talking, kinda freaky.

I tried that with the Faerie's Oracle and did fairly well. But with Tarot, or the Rider-Waite anyway, I get nowhere at all.

When at school, a friend and I tried mind-reading games. We found that in one direction we achieved 25% (which is what is expected), but in the other direction we achieved 60%, which is beyond expectation! I tried this with a psyhic friend, using colours, and yes, it works too. I've tried to predict Tarot cards, before I pull them. When I'm at the right level it can be done. However, that was when I was reading all the time. I guess it made me more psychic?
