A guy over on my dollmaker list did up a tarot card necklace recently which is up over on ebay. He's doing to do more of them I suspect.

The face at the bottom seems a bit scary for general wearing in public, but I suppose it depends on where you live. In an art community it may not even get a second glance.

What an amazing work of art, nice to see that it is being bid on too. I don't find the face scary at all, the expression is definitely interesting though. I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing the necklace it has too much personality and I would feel it overpowering me, I would want to frame it and hang it on a wall or just simply hang it on the wall,

This is a nice piece, and seriously being bid on. (good thing for your friend :) )
If I were the winning bidder, I think I would also frame it. As the face piece seems to come alive. :)

Shriek!
I've rarely seen any piece of jewelry more ugly than that one.
Just shows that one's man's meat is another man's poison.

SCAAAAARY!!!
Not something I'd want resting on my chest, thank you! Wearing something like that around here, in rural Maine, might get you into a "situation"....;)
Thanks CJ for the alternative...I might have to get the Moon pendant with (what else?) moonstone gem.

I really like it; the face has personality and is a bit scary but I think it contributes to the overall mysterious feeling of the piece.
I'd probably choose to frame it, as it would be too big for my frame, and it would probably have cost me a lot of money!

I like it!
I have made(and worn) similar creations (although I suppose they were not quite sooo large as this one.)
When I saw it, and the price that a one of a kind, hand crafted, artist piece can go for on E-Bay,
I now have hope that maybe I can actually sell some of my weird things on the web too!

I agree! Didn't mean to sound like I didn't appreciate the uniquely unsettling feeling I got from looking at that face...I actually think it is pretty cool...just not something I would wear.

The guy's normally a polymer clay doll maker. It's good to see him selling stuff. Yes, it is awful large for what I'd be tending to wear also. But imagine wearing it to one of those Tarot Symposiums.
