Well we all started out with a bang! But our numbers have since dwindled.
Where has everyone gone??
I myself got a little behind, do to extra work load. ( I frequently have homework from my employer), but I think I am getting back on track.
I am curious what has made others drop off the wagon. Is it too overwhelming? Boredom? Time constraints? Are you just not posting, but still studying? Computer broken??

Hi Majecot
I'm still going - just. It's a good exercise and I feel I know my marseilles deck so much better now - but I have alot of other studying going on and it means I'm not reading my cards so much at the moment.
I noticed there just seems to be a few of us now- shshhhhhhh - but I don't think even jmd is still going! Maybe we need some new blood eh? There are alot of new people joining the forum at the moment.

I'm still keeping my 78 weeks study journal but my work load has meant that I haven't had as much time to myself as usual.
I am going to post all my cards though, hopefully in the next few days, but my study deck, the Morgan Greer might be joined by another, my new baby the Quest. :D
Like MoonBow, I'm getting to know the Morgan Greer so much better because of this study - And I want to get to know the Quest too.

I stopped posting on the Haindl to let others catch up to the one a week, some wanted more time per card, and switched to studying other decks in other ways. I'd be delighted to go back and post where I stopped (ready for Strength).
I also thought the multiple different starting points meant that soon many cards were scattered through the forum, amongs other excellent threads to post about.
As we know, tarot people are often very catlike, and cats can't be herded :)

Yes, I have become very naughty, but I knew when I went back to College I would be...
But I am still listening and reading and will post when appropriate, I agree that all newcomers to AT and Tarot should join in, there is so much wisdom in the study...

I am also still continuing with the study :) - and am really enjoying and getting a lot out of it! Some weeks are a little bit harder than others to find time to do my notes and post - but will catch up again this week.
Finding also that I am spending more time studying the cards than reading at the moment, but that is fine, as I have found that when I have done readings recently I am seeing so much more in them (particuularly with the cards I have studied so far) which makes this study process very worthwhile and such a learning experience.
Would be great to see some new people join in wherever they can also - always great to read other insights and learn from these as well. :)

I think there are still a few of us that are MIA.
And yes, new blood is like a rejuvenation for us. Keeps us going ;)
TA I thought school might slow you down a bit, glad to see your still listening :D
Thanks for the link Moonbow*, the more the merrier!

I discontinued it....
Discipline and I have never got on.
I study Tarot daily, but I got tired of doing it methodically. I think I am missing out on something big, but I just cannot do it.
Did try, though. :(

Very much time constraints...very much so. :( I wish there were....10 more hours during a day so I could get 8 more hours of sleep a day and 2 more studying Tarot :)

I stopped posting after the Lovers - I just got stuck on the Chariot and then found that I didn't have enough time (stupid schoolwork!) - or enough discipline. I was really getting a lot out of it, though... Maybe I'll catch up one day.

I'm waiting for the studies on the court cards and minors; although, I'm not holding out much hope. Things always seem to die out before those cards are up for study.

I'm still in there with my study. I draw my own version of the card at the end of the week and post it on the appropriate thread along with my comments.
I'm finding the whole thing both fun and enlightening. ;)
