really, the spirit of prophecy is in being receptive to the universe.
how can we expect to force our way into the knowing if we are also clattering the air with our daily worries and fears and everybody elses? let the answers flow at the pace of your personal universe. just dont force the issue.ya know?

when I am doing my " lerning " readings I dont sence an answer to a question when I do a spread .... but I have found that the cards that get drawn relate a lot to what is going threw my mind when I an doing the spread

I find that "no question" readings of any size are an accurate mirror of what's going on at the moment. If you're aware, they reaffirm that the cards know what's going on. If you're not aware, but perceptive, you learn something.

Sometimes my day may be so off, I do'nt even know how
to phrase a question; or I feel so blue I'm just unable to
remain focused. I work hard to keep "daze" like these to a minimum, but need good advice & guidance, or maybe just a shoulder to cry on for awhile. When doing a mood-reading as these, the cards have never failed to come through for me with positive reinforcement & helping me to
know where to go, no specific question asked.

Most times when I read for myself I don't have a question so I'll just ask 'Is there anything I should know' as I'm shuffling then lay 4 or 5 cards and see what happens. I've had some really good results with this method. :)

I think its usually best if you have a question to "focus" the energy. When I draw my daily card, I simply ask the cards to tell me what I need to know for the day.

When I read for others, I usually do not have a question from the querent. What I do is tell the reader that if there is something in particular they are wondering about, think about that issue while they are shuffling the cards.
