Happy dealing with Llewellyn

I called the publisher of the Victoria Regina deck--Llewellyn-- to see about buying a replacement Chariot for my lost card. Cindy in Customer Service said she'd put one right into the mail for me, no charge. Wow! I'm a very satisfied customer!

I've only had the deck a couple months--took it on a trip and after using it there and then at home again--then the Chariot drove away somewhere. I love this deck so much and couldn't see replacing the whole thing for $35!

I am glad to hear about a nice customer service experience like this. Llewellyn is one of the more responsive companies in that regard, by e-mail as well as phone. Congrats on getting your new Chariot!

This isn't the first case of a chariot card going missing is it? What is it about this card that makes it want to take unscheduled jaunts?! lol I'm glad you had a good experience. These are good things to know. Thanks for sharing. :D

How funny you needed a chariot. That is the same card they replaced for me :D (now I have two, because my missing one came back)

I emailed Llewellyn myself last week about getting a replacement Knight of Cups for my Nigel Jackson... don't remember who exactly it was that I emailed (Bobbi, I think) and got neither a response nor replacement, even though I waited a week... so I emailed again, directing it to Kathy this time, and got a response right away - my card is on its way! Bless her for being so quick and helpful! Maybe sometimes it's just a matter of directing the issue to the proper person... Illy
