What you mean different cards coorespond to different parts of the body, like when people are sick or something? I never knew about that. Should be interesting...

Hi Sechat, I know that there are astrological correspondenses for each sign to different parts of the body -- could this be what you mean?
Maybe someone else will know more ...

hi lionette,
yes, it would be just like the astrological correspondences but using the tarot as a base rather than derivative.

I don't have a chart, but each card is linkable to an astroligcal sign...maybe from there you could create your own chart.

We have many threads on the various types of correspondences in the forum Using Tarot Cards. I don't recall a specific thread dealing specifically with body parts, however. Crowley's text Liber 777 has countless pages of correspondences, including a list of correspondences to medical diseases.
I don't ascribe to the philosophy that there is one right way to do it.
Here is a brief list of threads (taken from my table of contents) dealing with "medical correspondances"

what I have in mind is to start with the 4 suits and assign general areas that complement their elemental associations rather than astrological. Since I am a tarot novice I do not want to presume to reinvent the wheel. However based on how I see the tarot I have started this way: for each suit I associate a part of the body and remedies/therapies that might be 'governed' by that suit.
pentacles-earth: bones and teeth, hair and nails, legs, arms, back and shoulders, digestive tract
naturopathy, physical therapy. chiropractic
swords--brain, skin, ears, eyes, mouth, throat, respiratory sytem(lungs, etc)
psychiatry/psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, NLP,aromatherapy,acupuncture,surgery
wands--muscles and tendons, thyroid, hands and feet, joints (hips, elbows, knees)
massage therapy, fitness routines -- competitive and non-competitive (martial arts, aerobics, bicycling, etc), conventional drugs
cups--circulatory system, lymph glands, tears and perspiration, reproductive system
thalassotherapy, hydrotherapy, sauna, steam baths
comments encouraged and appreciated,
peace,
sechat

The book Tarot for the Healing Heart by Christine Jette gets into working this way with tarot for both spiritual and physical healing.
