the day before when i did my daily reading, i also had chosen the death card, so as today.
i have a very strong feeling that the card is telling me a message....but i just have no idea what it means.....can it be a physical death around me? or me myself??....

Take a deep breath .......
Death very, very rarely means physical death. It typically means a major change is coming. I always view this as a very positive thing. In fact, I was thinking about something this morning - I was trying to figure out where I am on the Fool's Journey. I feel like I am somewhere around The Hanged Man and Death. I am making it through a period of intense reflection and I feel like I have having a spiritual re-birth.
When you get the same card multiple times, it means you should be cognizant of the message. Is there a big change coming for you? Something you may be afraid of or obsessing over?
During my "downtime" I pulled The Hermit 3-4 times in my readings. I really learned something from that.

Well in that case, keep your eye open - a change is coming and if you are aware of it, and prepared, it will open up a good opportunity!

Technically the end of the school season could be a 'Death' type of situation--even if it's not a final graduation year.
Think about what around you may be coming to a close, as that's very likely what the card's representing. I've never had Death mean real death, for me it's always been the end of something & a new thing starting up in place of it. Major changes, just in a different direction (and without the stress of the Tower card added to it).

I refer you to an episode of Father Ted - the main character visits a tarot reader who draws the death card three times. "This is really weird. . . there's only supposed to be one in each pack!"
The show went on for around thirty or forty more episodes with that character in it :) Even the sitcom writers believe that the death card meant change.
I used to find every school or college year had a certain intangible 'atmosphere'. There are specific perfumes that remind me of second year but not third year. Some days the light falls a certain way and I think of one particular classroom. The transition from year to year always affected me a lot.
Plus, if you have exams coming up, it may just mean the end of all the stress! You know how they can take over your life. . .

Hehe - I love Father Ted ...... makes one want to move to Craggy Island - I figure I would be the most intelligent person there.
Thanks for reminding me of that scene :)

As physical death is often sudden, so can be the change characterized by the Death card. I've often seen it as a sudden, dramatic change, one that you may not necessarily forsee.
I think your cards are telling you to be ready for a big right turn in your life, and heralding the new skies that await :)
