Sigh...I wanted to get that cheap, brand-new Goddess tarot on ebay, but I'm underaged and my mom won't let me use her credit card number and she has no org/school/isp email....:( :( :(
Maybe you guys would want to take a look at the decks available on ebay.

Have you tried nagging her to death?
If your mum really doesn't let ya buy it, you should get it as part of your birthday present- trust me, it's worth it.
(I've no problem buying decks from Ebay, my sisters help me grab'em.)

I don't think you need all of that for yahoo auctions and I know yahoo has some decks :)

i have bought a deck off ebay and just mailed a check or gotten a cashiers money order. i think you can do it!

I am sory that you can't get the deck you want. :( That is always tuff, and atleast for me the longer I have to go without getting the item the more it bothers me. Could you order it from a local bookstore? Also the Goddess Tarot by Kris Waldherr is now available in a cheaper pocket edition so maybe if $ is an issue that one might be more affordable. I don't think a money order would work, you're in the Philippines and the seller is probably in the USA, international money orders are a LOT more expensive than the regular postal money orders.
Try the ISBN number to see if that cost is better for you, then see if one of your bookstores can order it locally. They should be able to, all businesses use the ISBN to get merchandise.
But have you tried the trade/buy section on Aeclectic here? Maybe post a 'wanted' about the deck.

There was a goddess tarot there worth 13.99 USD. I don't know if it's still there, but you guys might wanna take a look. I'll probably wait till my 18th birthday to get it. Sigh.
Oh, and I'll check Yahoo auctions...

Within that time learn as much as you can about tarot & their meanings (from internet), if you're taking this seriously, don't give up on it.

However I didnt think the Goddess Decks on ebay were that much cheaper than what they go for at the metaphysical store by my house.
