Closrapexa: The first site gives a very brief historical reference--Tarot games began in 15th century Italy. Such games still played in various European countries & with their own versions. Not seen an indication that any of them are the original games but the Italian game of Ottocento is said to retain much of its original form & the same cards dating from the 16th century.
