It never ends!!! >_< Sigh...Anyway, I sent money-order payment WEEKS ago, sent a few emails to the seller, and not a single reply! (She replied only within the first week that I purchased the item, but after that..pfft) Help! What should I do??? :(
Thanks and Love

If it was over 2 weeks, report her & leave the bad feedback, including the prices, dates, etc. This will warn others about her. If she comes through, you can go about reversing the feedback then.

Not every seller personally responds to e-mails. Many have an automated reply system when you first win an item. That doesn't necessarily mean that you won't get it. I would wait until the item arrives.

Kittaine,
You may need to check to see how your item was being shipped, how far does it have to go to get to where you live? You should be able to still check that out under my ebaby, my auctions and start leaving feedback perhaps. The person I bought from did reply to my email, simply because we were figuring out which address to use. Was there any other negative feedback on this seller???
Good luck, maybe it will show up very soon!

Hey-
This is happening to me right now too! Oh, and I am sooooooo mad! I sent my money order one month ago and I have not received an email, a note, a package...nothing. I run to the mail each day hopeing that there is something there. The deck is just one state away so I know it can't take that long. I went ahead and posted negative feedback but it really didn't make me feel any better :(

Would it be against any forum rules to have a thread for sellers with bad raps? I'd certainly check it before bidding on one of their items or would make sure someone I want to bid from isn't on the BAD SELLER list.

I'm so sorry to both of you! I can feel with you the pain of ordering a deck that you are soooo excited to get and checking the mail everyday for it but to no avail. Did they offer you the option for insurance? They didn't on mine (grrrr). I guess a lesson to be learned is to not buy from those who don't offer insurance? Did the seller have good feedback or no?
Hmm, a bad seller list........ maybe a heads up list? It would help us to watch each other's backs. Maybe a "hey this person was GREAT" list too.

The best way to register a complaint is to contact the source & its venue. That is, the seller & eBay; also PayPal if the payment was made through PayPal.
I am not sure that publicizing a dubious seller would not involve legal issues however true it may be. Would need to get back to ye on this.
With U.S. nternational mail unless AirMail or its equivalent is used, surface mail can take weeks longer. Factors are distance & whether the destination country maintains a privitized mail system or a uniform system such as that in the U.S.

I've had most international air mail delivered within 4-7 business days, but I've also had customs in England hold an air mail package to be delivered there for 2 1/2 weeks for some reason, before letting it be delivered (there was a stuffed toy in it). International mail can be tricky. Sending it 'surface rate' is much cheaper, but it goes by boat & can take up to 3 months to be delivered.

Before engaging in any eBay transaction, remember to be an informed consumer & to check a seller's feedback history first. That can provide some information.
Based on the reasonable expectations for the fulfillment of the transaction (excluding mailing time), if there is reason to be dissatified with a seller do not delay in contacting eBay with the concerns.

I would be willing to contribute to a GREAT/BAD seller list. I have obtained many of my decks on eBay, and usually the results have been great--but not always...

Just a thought...
Kittaine, you seem to be having alot of trouble getting e-mails from the sellers on your transactions.
I have found several emails from sellers on ebay have been vacumed up by my spam filter, especially in the last month or so.
If your e-mail has a filter have you checked the folder that the junk goes to lately?
