Oracle Theatre, where art thou?

I have heard rumours that once upon a time there was a troupe of tarot performers who roamed the land of the US doing tarot oracle theatre performances for audiences. It is something a teacher of mine taught me and I'm absolutely enthralled by the whole affair. Does anyone out there know of these people who i believe have stopped doing it now, or has anyone else seen or heard of them? I'm trying to track them down.
