I'll start with any easy one .... Trumpet in the Judgement card of many tarot decks! :) For the purposes of this thread, you aren't limited to using any particular tarot deck.

Osho Zen Tarot: - 10 of Air: The child is playing a flute. - 7 of Fire: The man is playing a brass instrument (looks like a trumpet).

The Cups suit on the Old English Tarot has lots of instruments on them. Drums, lutes, harps.....

LS Tarot of the Master: Figure in the Sun is playing a violin 9 of Wands appears to be a pipe organ Two horns, a violin, bells and one other instrument on the 4 of Coins 5 of Wands looks like chimes 6 of Wands looks like it has a horn and maybe a couple of flutes

The Tarot Nova's Queen of Cups is playing a lute. The Kalevala Tarot's Pope is playing a kantele (Finnish traditional stringed instrument). The Tarot of the Cat People's Eight of Pentacles shows two women playing lutes. Both the Shapeshifter Tarot's Transcendence card and God of Air card have men playing harps.
