Just wondering if anyone has ever done a small reading (say 5-7 card spread) and all the Court Cards showed up?
I haven't had this kind of a reading but I wondered how else you would interprete it than you were surrounded by people or "the gangs all here!"
Thanks,
ros

Interesting that you ask this question today! Let me start by saying I am more a tarot "admirer" than a reader. :-) I'm just getting my toes wet at reading.
With that said, I pulled three cards this morning that I had no idea how to interpret!
The question was:
1) What opportunity/challenge will the day bring?
2) What will show up as an obstacle for me?
3) What should I bring to the day that would aide the journey?
And what do I pull????
1) Page of Cups
2) Page of Swords
3) Page of Pentacles
Three pages...what the heck does THAT mean? I just don't have a clue! I think the tarot is laughing at me...LOL

I once did a relationship reading for a friend, and there were 10 cards in total, about half of which were courts (or perhaps more - it was a long time ago). I interpreted it as signifying that there were lots of people involved in the situation, which turned out to be very accurate.
I would say it generally means that the main influences in the situation come from the people involved, or if it's a reading about yourself, it would mean that what you do is heavily influenced by the people around you. However, as always, go with your instincts - if your guts are telling you it means that you need to (say) eat more ice cream and less brussels sprouts, listen to your guts.
(I remember going for my first professional reading, and my reader telling me I should eat more energy foods, like chocolate ;) Needless to say, I took her advice ;) I'm not sure if it really helps, but I'm certainly happier ;) )

if so many courts appeared in a reading, then the person that reading is for is quite a unique personality. it would show one person or more being many kinds of people so, when a king of wands, discovers by way of page of swords that his lovely wife queen of wands is actually a reversed queen of cups and has been five of pentacling with a page of cups reversed since that wild five of wands where they met. so, there are alot of things that the courts alone can show. it just depends how much you know.
