Help! Need to Find "Ed V" re: Ananda Tarot

Howdy folks! We seem to have periodic problems at Tarot Garden with our replies to messages getting through to the intended recipients. I think maybe it's because our domain has been usurped several times as a "shell" address for spam messages; as a result, I think sometimes we get on people's "blocked" lists, and those folks don't know it. (It depends on how sophisticated the spam filter is; those that check IP addresses as well as domain names usually don't filter us out.) Anyway, the point is: I'm trying to get a reply through to another poor customer who's waiting for an answer regarding an order for the Ananda Tarot and several other issues. I don't list the full name here, because I suspect it's a serious breach of protocol to be giving out somewhat personal info on someone else on a public forum. BUT -- I do know this person is probably an Aecletic member, since Aecletic was mentioned as the referring site for the sale. If you are "Ed V," or know this person, would it be possible to get a PM so that I can make contact? I really don't want to leave this member hanging, as it involves a payment that was sent a while ago.
