Does anyone know about good/interesting Tarot-related stores in NY (especially Catskills region)?

Not sure how close to you these might be but New Paltz has The Awareness Shop, Woodstock has Mirabai (and perhaps others in both of those towns), Poughkeepsie has Dreaming Goddess and Omega in Rhinebeck has its own bookstore, all with selections. Don't forget about Amazon and eBay too............

Thanks Dakota,
I live in Europe, but will be spending some time in summer in NY. Where I live Tarot is not very common, so usually you just get the RWS and the Toth deck and I always have to order decks online. But I'd just LOVE to actually SEE MANY decks in a real shop. :D

Where is the Awareness Shop? Want to check it out.
Does it have a website?

Yep, right here: (just look at all the decks they carry!)

I only stumbled on it by accident a couple of weeks ago and have not yet been in. I was leaving New Paltz after an all-day meeting and was stuck in traffic (what else........). Started looking around as I sat there in my car, and WOW, there was a little green house with two columns on the front porch, one black on the left with a white B, one white on the other side with a black J. I said to myself, WHAT could that be but a Tarot store!!! Had to find folks at the office who lived in NP to tell me the name of the shop........... We should do a field trip (with or without kids).......... :D
(They should really hire me to redo their web site too; lotsa product but less than no atmosphere.........)
Lady Mary, you should have been with me on Sunday; took my daughters and a friend to Omega for a tour, lunch and a trip to the bookstore. I spent a good 45 minutes sitting on the floor in the Tarot aisle, with up to a dozen decks in my lap at various times. They unpack one of many of their decks and hang the cards on a chain so you can really see them all and play with them. Heaven.......... I ended up buying Tarot Affirmations and Feng Shui Tarot and DD Kate bought Tarot of the Sephiroth.
