Wow!
Did you see this one:
0312. England(?) Untitled Tarot 1990
Untitled and unidentified new 78 card Tarot deck complete. Design basic and primitive based on standard Rider Waite images. In box and as new.
"based on standard Rider Waite images"???? Look at the pip card. Seems more TdM.
I wonder what it is?

Don't look!
Don't look!
Don't look!
(You know if you look, you will want all of those amazing decks...you will covet them until you can have them, you will make tarot wishlists, and eat Top Ramen for dinner for months to afford them...)

I looked.

This one is sold everywhere here for £4.99 (as a set) new, I bought it for my daughter a year ago, from a Supermarket (she is 13) and on ebay for as little as £1. People can't give them away at the moment. The card stock is poor and there is little symbolism in the cards.
I personaly think collectors would be very disappointed in it but for my daughter it is ok, she has a few decks and this is the one she uses least.

Thanks Moonbow*!!
I've never seen it before. I thought it was wierd that they were claiming RWS when the pip is pretty TdM.
best,
robert

It's also available here in the U.S.; I often see it on the bargain shelves at Barnes & Noble...

I had a long, long time ago, very briefly.
Your'e quite correct, robert...it's a TdM-styled deck.
:)
EDITED to add: I almost forgot to mention...the book in this set is by Jonathan Dee, who has written a few other tarot books.
As a beginner, I actually got a lot out of the book.
