"If...
Majors from 0 to 21 is one cycle and each Minor set from 1-10 is a cycle would each individual card have it's own cycle?
Each card has a positive and a negative side, so would this be considered a cycle also?

Indeed, wheels within wheels . . . sounds right to me. As the yin/yang symbol shows, each quality has an opposite and one turns into the other over and over again.

Upright/reversal might be another way of pointing out each card's cycle.

reversal is a way of indicating and seperating two points of view, depending on how you read. it gives tarot a larger vocabulary. if you read without a question, with reversals, you should probably see what i mean. just read the spread, get your impression, then reverse all your upright cards and upright all your reversed cards.
then read again.
if you still need help, then based on what you know of the cards, construct your own past present future spread, using the upright or reversed cards you choose. then do the same, upright your reversed and reverse your uprights. i actually used to call this yin/yangin it.

I suppose that every time you draw the same card, there is a slightly different meaning to it than the time before. And as we, like the tarot, progress thru life from fool to fulfillment (the world) we take what we have learned with us. When we reach the point where we are starting over as the fool again, each card will agin hold slightly different meanings than the first time thru, even though we are going thru some of the same trials. The cycle here is card progressing with us until we fully understand what it is trying to tell us for each stage of our own development

And what about court cards? Do we all go from page to king (or queen as each befits) for each suit, or is there a cycle from suit to suit? I mean, page to page to page to page to knight to knight, etc, etc....... OR page, knight, queen, king (or king queen) of pentacles to page, knight, queen, king of swords, etc, etc.....
