Just wondering if anyone here takes the clients jewelery and holds it while they read?
Does it help you to focus more?
If you focus on the energy of the jewelry, does that take away from the cards?
Thanks for input.

I did used to do that Ros. I didn't do it as part of the tarot reading, but just as a reading in general - then, I would just talk - say whatever came into my head - say what I felt. Spookily, an awful lot of it made sense.
When I started reading, I didn't have the confidence to read face to face so I used to type readings up for people at home. They would still shuffle the cards, but I would do the reading when I was alone. Sometimes, I would ask them to leave something personal or even write their name/signature on some paper. I would keep that on the reading cloth when I did the reading. It helped me focus on them more.

It makes sense
Jewerly carries a lot of your energies, whether it is because you wear them daily, you chose them, or strangely, sometimes you actually concentrate on them
So they're like an extension of you in many cases
