I am about to open one of my new Tarots - it *just* arrived! To share the experience: I cut open the package, & voila! It turned out to be what I thought, as the box was heavy & quite large: the "Ship of Fools" Tarot!!!!!!!! (removing shrink wrap) Ooh, the book looks like a goodie! - All that history (I'm a history-buff to the max)!!! Now for the deck: Wow, what singular artwork! I've never seen anything quite like this in Tarot. As soon as I've read the book & have the hang of the cards, I'll have to go to the Reading Exchange! Next up: The Gilded!! :D

Congrats, Danubhe.... What a good feeling!!! I just did the same with my Via tarot.... onto the book now!!!

I know the feeling. I am waiting to do this with my Gilded Tarot tomorrow! The Ship of Fools looks like it would be a great deck to own. --Tao

There is nothing like opening a parcel and discovering a new deck :D When I see my postman has parcels in his bag, I always get the urge to grab them and see if maybe there is one for me. Danubhe, please keep us informed how yoy get on with the Ship of Fools. It looks like such a special deck, I have a lustful eye on this one ;)

Yep, I need to really read the book - I have so much to read right now, yet I've already started it! It gives some great historical background! :D
