Reading from the home

What are the standard legal procedures (ie. obtaining business license, etc.) if you wanted to do tarot readings from your house? I'm thinking of maybe doing this, but I'm not sure what I would need to do in order to start up. Does anyone have any tips on this?

USA. I've checked the Nevada State business website and I think this would fall under from home business like "in home" child-care, but do most readers get a business license? I am guessing it is required, however I"m not sure if everyone does this.
