Tarot world that never was/Dream Cities

Partly inspired by the Tarot of Atlantis, and partly because I happened on a 1915 San Francisco Pan Pacific Exposition book that ended with descriptions of art for the "Dream City" from many nations.... Oh yes, as many are talking of new imaginative tarots and old favorites, maybe we can talk of them both in this thread... What Dream City is your favored tarots based upon? What are the characters that look at you or you look at in imaginary conversations? I found these poetic four descriptions in the 1915 book and would love to come across a tarot like this...and I posted images that I could find that seemed similar... Earth-The sleeping earth which yields to man wood (from the great trees whose roots ramify the below the surface of the ground), stone and minerals (man wrest thru great muscular strength these substances from the earth). http://www.books-about-california.com/Pages/Sculpture_of_the_Exposition/Earth.html Air-That holds to her ear the star.
