I'm not sure in which board I should post this, so please move this if it's posted at the wrong place!
Does anyone know where I can buy tarot decks online with PayPal? The PayPal is a must since I don't have a credit card.
In specific, I'm interested in buying the Vikings Tarot.
But if you could just post a few url's where I can buy tarot decks and pay with PayPal, I would appreciate it.

Right, it seems like she's got upwards of 2,000 different decks sometimes!
Otherwise, try the publishers' sites-- Llewellyn, US Games & Lo Scarabeo all have tarot sections on their sites & I'm pretty sure they all take paypal. Barnes & Noble takes it too.
There's also individual artist's decks available from the artist's site (Julie Cuccia Watts has her decks on her Blue Moon site, Mr. Rosales has his Hello Kitty on his site, Robin Wood & her deck, etc.) where you can order direct.
And different stores are sometimes pointed out on the boards here, or discount stores that stock tarot---like overstock.com, alibris.com, and discountnewagebooks.com
AND the old standby---eBay!

Ditto to TarotGarden.
Jeannette and Dan are wonderful to deal with when ordering.
E-mails re orders are answered promptly with a PayPal link...and then a quick reply that the order is on the way. If the deck is a gift, they always ask if you wish a message included...

Tarotgarden is great, but as you are in Europe I'd also put in a mention for AlidaStore (www.alidastore.com) in Italy. They are very good and friendly - but to be honest I don't know if they take PayPal. PayPal is a real problem for many of us in Europe (outside the UK). We used to use them but had some real problems - they aren't quite used to European merchants yet and don't even cover all of Europe. Ah well!

But I'm not sure if they take Paypal, either. I would suggest that you check out ebay.co.uk, as most people who sell there do.

Considering, as baba-prague said, that you are in Europe, i'd say: www.alidastore.com (online secured payment, not sure about paypal), www.tarotworld.com (AG Mueller publishing).
Not to forget big distributors: www.amazon.fr , www.amazon.de , www.amazon.co.uk .
If you are after self-published decks, try the author's website. www.tarotgarden.com is always a good solution, it combines super friendly customer service with huge products range (from very rare self-published to best-sellers decks) and considering the quality of the two things mentioned above, the extra shipping costs from the US are not that big. Jeannette is also very fast to answer e-mails and process orders.
Alidastore offers rare tarot too. Logically italian decks are easy and cheap to get from there.
A few french speaking sites (but not nearly as good as any above mentioned): www.alchimiste.fr , www.dixdecoeur.com .
Came to my mind these two as well: www.trigono.com (italian, same offer than alida but more expensive) and Somerville (UK) www.playingcardsales.co.uk.
Cannot think of any other right now. Wait, www.tarottotes.com offers some best-sellers decks (a reduced range though) very cheap and it would be a nice occasion to browse thru their wonderful bags/totes/spreadclothes collection as well... ;)
Don't be too hard on your bank account though...

edited to add: Tarot Totes and Tarot Garden take PayPal and offer the Vikings Tarot for sale. amazon.fr would be very cheap for you, as you are in Belgium and the deck is only 12.50€ but no PayPal...

I'm able to use my bank card as a MasterCard - but I guess that must be different in Europe.

I emailed the two online stores that accepted PayPal because they said you should ask how much shipping would be if it's outside the US. But none of them reply :(
