Thinking of a reading I once had

I was thinking of a reading I once had about 8 years ago...the lady told me that she saw me with two children and that if someone had proposed marriage to me to not accept it but to take things slow...well 8 years has passed and I have a little one of my own....and probrably pregnant with another though that is not confirm either way though the signs are there... With the events of a bad relationship and all that had transpire...is there such a thing as a tarot reading to reflect on a past reading?? Lol...does that sound silly of a question?
