I would like to display a few cards on the wall, and seek some input. Are there any cards holders, etc. out there that are ideal for placing them on a wall?

You might want to check at 'U.S.Games'. I think I've seen something on that order, though if I recall ;seems like they were more of a stand-up display.

It depends on the purpose of the display, and the permanence.
If it is for the purposes of study, than a simple pre-made frame with glass-front would do: the backing can be opened and the card(s) changed at will.
Here, many such types are available from picture framers, from Ikea, from larger deparment stores (Woolworths and the like) and from photo-developers/printers... and even from some larger chemists!
If it is for a more permanent display, I would personally have it professionally framed, unless you have the equipment handy.

Thanks for the info. I'll check whether Ikea has something that would work for me: 1)no borders, and 2)able to rotate cards for temporary display.
It would be nifty if US Games, Llewellyn, etc. would offer a cheap borderless wall display for the cards (kind of like what they have for trading cards but on a wall).

If you're checking Ikea, and want no borders, I have one about A3 size in their 'CLIPS' range - which we use to display a specially large print of the Conference card Kat Black especially made...

I have a liking for a certain kind of frame I've been using. You see it in the framing sections of big chain stores like Target: two rectangles of glass inside a wood or metal frame. Basically you trap your artwork between the two panes of glass, and when it's all assembled, the picture appears to float inside the frame. They're typically 8x10 or 11x14, and in the same price range as other inexpensive framing.
I've used these with my own drawings, and with tarot cards, and they work great. A secondary benefit is that you only have to turn the frame over to see the cardback design...
