Aeclectic gathering only 8 weeks away!

Only 8 weeks are left until Aecelctic's first North American gathering ever (SWAT) is scheduled to take place. Some folks have heard about SWAT so much for the past year and a half (yes, that is how long I've been putting this idea together) they could probably scream at me right now. But for those who don't know... I wanted to take a moment to tell you all about it, cuz time to sign up is running out! SWAT is scheduled June 3-5, 2005, outside Albuquerque, N.M. and is an open event for all ages who wish to attend. There are a good half dozen threads in Advertisements with all kinds of SWAT information for those who want to learn more, but let me take a moment to say this event should be a wonderful time for all who can attend. We've had a very good, wet winter, which ensures we should be at a very low fire danger at the time of the event. So that takes care of that, the only weather related contingency left at this point is wind or rain on the days of the event (and I guess I'll just keep praying about those!) :) Melvis is kindly assisting me with this event, so if you haven't yet signed up (click here) and talked to her, please do. Once we have a more exact headcount, in about one more month, I'll need to get organized to feed you people next. :) WHAT????? You Didn't KNOW about SWAT? :D ... Well, now you do. And I hope to see as many here as can attend.
