This is somewhat hard to present, but please have patience if I need to rephrase the question.
In the link below you will see all cards for the Grand Etteilla, a reproduction from Grimaud. When I look at some of my other Etteilla-style decks (I am aware there are at least three styles), variations of some of the cards still seem to allude to me of concepts that might be out of Genesis, or flavored by an early Darwinian take of evolutiion...(I may be wrong on the view and may need to delete that later)
Chaos, High Priestess, Emporer, Empress

I'm running back to work in a few minutes, but thought I could at least start the thread.
If this has been discussed extensively or noticed previously, please let me know...
Regards,

If you look at the table meanings, trumps one through eight have a meaning similar to Genesis' summary of creation.

Does anyone have any ideas about this? It's a curious thing to me...especially as the Etteilla stylistic innovactions might mean something later...at least Villa Revak suggests that the Etteilla is said to have fed into the more modern deck's use of minors with divinatory meanings.
Best regards and hope to read more ideas when I return from work.
