Don't ask me how I stumbled across this...

I bet they have interesting daily draws..."What? The star again? Seems like I'm going to have a good day!" ;)
It did lead me to ponder, however...If I was going to have a tarot card tattoo, which card would I choose? Hmm...I'll have to give that some thought :)

I've been thinking about this. I need someone to draw up a pentacle and I want the numeral of my Major card in the middle of the star. Plus a few other things. Not an exact card itself though. It's funny what you said about the draws. haha

If I ever stopped being a wimp, and got a Tarot tattoo, I'd go for the Wheel of Fortune card I created a while back... You can see it here:

Though I'd definitely ask for better art than that! ;) (I can't draw very well.) Underneath it I'd probably have a quote from the chorus of "The Gambler". I have an affinity with the Wheel of Fortune, since it sums up my philosophy on life nicely, and also sums up my purpose as a Tarot reader too.

Well...If I were to get a tarot card tattoo (which I can't see me doing but never say never, right?) I would go for The Moon from the Crystal Tarot because it's lovely and abstract (although I imagine it would probably hurt a lot!)
Also, whilst looking through my cards, it struck me that quite a few from Thoth would make good tattoos - I especially quite fancy the 9 of Swords although it might be a bit depressing :)

Interesting that when I was considering a tattoo time ago, it was the Thoth Star... And now i can view it done on someone else! :) I would have liked it smaller and a bit less coloured though, but it's nicely done.
Another one i would have liked was a TdM Fool.
Who knows, maybe in future... but I think if I still don't have any tattoo, the most probable is i will never get one. I'm getting old for this...
Some other tarot related tattoos:
A RWS Devil can be found here
RWS Strength combined with other stuff
Does any of you wear a tarot tattoo or has considered it?
Do you believe it can have some unconscious or magical influences on you (something like attracting that force to your life?

Kiama! That Wheel is so cool!
I want to get a Wheel of Fortune tat when I get my Driver's Licence (hopefully this year! crossing my fingers!)
I most likely will get the simple design from the heart of the RWS...but I also really like the idea of a ship's wheel too! Hmmm....I like Simone's Wheel of Fortune, from her deck, a lot!

I have two tattoo's - one is a small yin-yang sign sitting on a lotus, on the front right shoulder - can be seen from the front if I was wearing a sleeveless top ... which I'm not because it is nearly winter here, and besides, I'm as fat as a pig. Not a good look ... when you add the old lady arms. My second is the Frog from the Animal medicine cards ... in its circle ... beautifully coloured - back left shoulder blade. Only seen my doctors and their ilk. That was my first ... got it for my 45th birthday from ma and pa. For my 55th - next year I am having my left lower leg done with vines and flowers to cover some scars (okay ... a billion scars .. well, not quite!)
Tarot: I'd have the Vieville Star card. Where? Dunno ... probably right forearm ... again would cover scars ... so I guess I'd need a match on the left .... Hmmmmm! Maybe the TdM moon

I'm snorting my juice right back into the cup I'm laughing that hard.
No one is ever going to want a tarot tattoo. humbug!
As evident here on this thread, the want for tarot tattoos is very popular! I have one already (the part of the English family crest from which my family name comes...it deals with snakes and becoming master of their loyalty and powers), and several ideas in the works including a tarot tattoo.
My only problem is choosing the perfect design! There is SO MUCH symbolism to consider and all. It drives me mad.
Mad, I say, MAD!

Gosh ... hadn't considered the family crest angle ... given that ours has a goat (that'd be right), I guess it's the Devil,
