online reading

hi guys well my question is i have only read people face to face but like most people im limited to those readings because of where i live. so to get my practice id like to read online. so was wondering how do you go about doing this. like how do you form the question so the cards know who your talking about, do you ask for some info into their situation. and all other questions surrounding this. thanks much
