4 Weeks ago I participated in the Circle Of Stones Reading Exchange with Simone.
The Talent Spread was used. Here is a link for those interested in looking at how the reading went.

The outcome of this reading has had a profound effect on me, and made me really think about the direction I needed to go. After much prayer, soul-searching, and some follow-up readings I decided to pursue Psych Nursing.
When I saw that a position for a Psychiatric Nurse opened up, I felt the time was right to apply; so I took the plunge.
I did do some readings before applying.
Using the Gilded Tarot I pulled 4 random cards asking about the outlook of actually getting the job:
2 Swords-4 Pentacles-8 Wands-8 Pentacles
My initial reaction was that is was favorable for getting the job, but that I may have a wait before actually finding out and starting(2 Swords?).
I'll keep you posted on the outcome.
Blessings,
Indigo Rose :)
PS: Thanks, Simone! :)

They are in the process of selecting, doing everything by the book. I feel there is another person interested, and they are going to select by whom seems to be the most conventional and structured, and the selection will be fast, allowing you to learn much.
I would say there is a strong chance you would get the job, but to be wary of being a bit more 'out of the book' then they want. There is a strong sense of structure that is implied.
I don't know the symbols on the Gilded, if I saw the cards, I would be able to give a better interpretation.
Good luck :)
