I have had this wand, made with a man-made crystal wrapped in brass and copper wire for many years. I refer to it as my 'Powertool.' I always thought it was reminescent of the double-ended wand the RWS Magician has in his hand.
Someday I may even tell you how I managed to get it on the plane to fly home from Miami! :smoker:

What an interesting wand... I've never seen a concept like that before. Please treasure it!

I went digging through files that are at least 12- 15 years old to find the info about this.
It was made by a company called 'Alphametrics', PO Box 2758, Sedona, AZ 86336 {No guarantee this address or company still exists for the curious}.
It is called 'The Genesis Crystal' (C) (quoting the flyer I still have) - a unique crystal light-working tool for meditation and manifestation of a new reality.
In one paragraph it is called a 'prayer accelerator'; in another a 'psychotronic device.'
"Its circuit amplifies thought vibratiions and focuses the user's energy field with a high-quality quartz crystal. Many have reported dramatic inner experiences when holding the Genesis Crystal in meditation." [in plain english = IT'S A WAND!- TB]
It gives instructions on using it for meditation and other purposes.
Note: Twice-Born Quartz. These crystals are grown to their natural crystalline pattern by molecular attraction. Natural quartz is powdered and put into a special chamber which re-creates the conditions in which the original crystal formed. The result is a very high-quality, large, double-terminated quartz crystal. These crystals are clear of any inherent programming and can be used for any purpose.

So, what do I do with it? I have always used it to direct energy where I need it to go, such as send healing energy to Meewah's foot. (I'm in CT, she in VA) I usually hold a clear crystal ball in my left hand and my powertool in my right, and do energy and color visualizations, sending the energy and color out through the wand and sending it to specific locations. It is not something one uses every day!
This same company also made something called a Devastar(C) - which looks like four of these generator wands connected by a central orb so that they form an equal-armed cross. I remember seeing one in the shop I purchased it in ('The Athene' in Miami).
No idea what it cost, but they were not cheap!
***edited to add: I went online to check-Alphametrics is a name now used by a finance company! Searching for 'Genesis Crystal' turned up a company called 'Ying Communications' who makes a 'Flame of Genesis' ($149) 'glass' crystal. Their ad is full of the most gosh-awful BS about their products that you could ever wish to puke on! Places like this gave the New Age the bad name it eventually engendered.
