Online readings are great. :) I've always felt more comfortable with them than face to face-readings. Think about it, you got plenty of time to really think through your reading, notice little details, etc...
Just follow your usual routine, and tell your querent/s that you're a newbie to this kind of reading, and that they are welcome to give advice/ask questions along with the feedback.

Hmm I suggest you get the information from your querent, note it all down in your journal (assuming you have one) and then do the reading in a nice quiet spot of the house :) Take your time and really think over the reading. Then put it away. A while later or the next day type up the reading and if you feel that your intuition has a different angle on it, take that on board and put that into your reading as well.
I also find a quick summary paragraph of the reading helps the client as well, to really focus on the question and the help the cards are offering :)
Hope that helps, online readings are loads of fun :)
