I'm having trouble finding a store that sells Tarot Decks. Other then Borders and Barnes and Noble of course. I usually buy my decks on line or go to one of the two stores mentioned above, but those two stores really don't have a wide variety of decks. What kind of stores would sell them? Does anyone live in the central New Jersey area and could reccomend a place? Thanks for your help!

Hi Moonchild,
I saw no one from New Jersey answered your thread, so I thought I'd help you out. You need to find a 'Metaphysical Bookstore'. Those are the types that sell tarot cards, books and usually crystals, candles and other paraphernalia. I am a believer that you can find absolutely anything you are looking for via the internet.
Go to Google and do a search for literally "Central New Jersey Metaphysical Store" or something like that. I did it just to see and about 10 really good choices popped up. You can pick one that's closest to you.
I hope that helped! Let us know what you find...

I know you want a physical location to shop at, but have you also tried shopping www.tarotgarden.com ? They're online selection is unbelievable, and they support Aeclectic through a link at this site. I've always had great service from them.

Amazon.com has a huge selection and good prices and this site has a link to it as well as the already mentioned TarotGarden.com and ALidia.com.
Buy.com
Overstock.com
Alibris.com (more used)
Ebay:D
These are all online of course, I am not in NJ so I can help out for local stores.

Thanks everyone! I found a store near me using the link that 13thFaeChylde mentioned. I have shopped at tarotgarden, amazon and overstock, but sometimes I'm so darn impatient I don't want to wait for my new deck to be shipped to me:-)

If you know the name of the deck and the publisher, the stores can order the deck for you even if they usually don't carry that particular publisher (I found that out when I wanted a self published art book, it had an ISBN# so Barnes & Noble was able to get it for me). They won't tack on a handling fee either.
