i can live w/o chocolate for a few days but after that i become a PMS crazed rabid female who MUST HAVE IT! i saw a t-shirt once that said it best,"just hand over the chocolate and no one gets hurt!" after many years, hubby has finally been trained that chocolate isn't just candy--it's medication for the soul!!!!! he learned this after eating the last piece of chocolate in the house at a very inopportune time...
okay, maybe i am exaggerating...well, only slightly! BWAH HAHAHAHAHAHHA!!!!!!!!!!!

My hubby and child have to hide any chocolate from me if they want to find some when they want it! I still haven't found their hiding place!

blumoon: not too sure about that female hormone thing... I think it would be showing in worse ways than just the craving for chocolate (which I have not noticed yet...) LOL
DARK chocolate is definately my fav...

Did you know that eating chocolate releases the same feel-good chemical into your brain, called Serotin, as sex does? MUST HAVE CHOCOLATE!!!!! OR SEX!! Oh no, ladies! Now we have a problem: Sex, or chocolate.....?

He he.... Anyway, I think chocolate is a bit more convenient. I mean, not only is there no chance of pregnancy or any nasty diseases, but it doesn't talk back, snore, drool, make funny noises, or take up the whole bed. (And my boyf wonders why I'm constantly tired! )
But, chocolate can't tell you how much it loves you, or buy you flowers, Tarot decks, pretty sparkly things, and chocolate. And it can't mow the lawn either! Maybe that's why the Goddess invented man: Chocolate can't do the dishes, or paint the house.

Oh, he' fine! He's healing pretty well, and having lots of physiotherapy, so he should be back at work soon. Its also our first anniversary on the 21st of this month. (I'd better be getting loads of pretty sparkly things as presents! :p )
BTW: Pollux, do you have a significant other?

Well, sweetie, I was referring to a REAL king of swords!
Does the Cosmic Tribe tells you something more!
AHAHAHAHAH!!!! :D
And, as for me, you'd love to know, wouldn't you, If I had one...
Well, I can say I had and still have, but that person never knew (I never said anything), and in addition we live far away from each other, and lastly, it's ages since we last talked to each other (sad sad telephone silent :( ). However, I will love that one for ever, I don't care If I'm not falling in love again, it's even better to me! :)
(this is for you, who don'ět know it: I LOVE YOU!!!!!!! :) )
Thanks for the vent...

I wish I could, jade.
But I just can't, there's some additional problems I didn't name, some substancial ones... :) In addition... I know, I'm only 18 - when I was struck I was 17 from a month, actually - but I was quite aware of the situation, and still am, I'm not talking rubbish, I am speking the truth, believe me :)
However, I will not stop my life from going the path it goes, and I don't rule out special encounters in the future... :)
The point is: I love my freedom too much to get tied down just for the "pleasure" of it... :D

Has anyone tried those chocolate oranges? They come in a little box at king soopers, and are a round piece of chocolate shaped and cut exactly like an orange. There's orange flavour , also Lime and raspberry! mmmmmmmmm! I haven't tried the Lime or raspberry yet, but can't wait! They also come in choice of milk chocolate or dark chocolate.
Chocolate oranges can't fix, rebuild , or program the computer! Oh well!!!!

Ah, in England, these things abound! But we don't have rasberry or lime. I don't think I want to try those two, actually!
What's my fave... Um... Just plain milk chocolate but if I'm feeling fancy, Belgian chocolate!

Pollux-
Live life to the fullest. Take chances. Let the one you love know how you feel. I only say this because I am a firm believer in living life without having a lot of regrets. I don't want to turn 80 and start wondering 'what if' or 'if only'. JMO
As for the sex or chocolate delimma- isn't that what chocolate syrup is for? LOL (of course picturing it - it could be quite messy- should plan a romantic bath/shower to follow!). Okay I will get my mind out of the gutter now. That would probably cause a Seritonin overload anyway.
