Which island? How long stranded time? Who with? The endless possibilities......Just you, and 5 members of the opposite sex. Great visuals. What else can anyone ad? Now I think I will be able to sleep a little easier thinking about this= Cool breeze, stars overhead, waves slowly lapping back and forth.....it's dark out, but the moon is full.....He brings me a nice ice cold beer that he has just got from the cooler.......Then what?????So naughty!!!!

(Obscure reference to a philosophical debate from the Middle Ages in my post title! This thread reminded me of it!) I think, it would be nearly a perfect island, if it had a shop which had every single Tarot deck in the world... Or at least could get every single Tarot deck in the world... And let us not forget excellent chefs to cook food for us, fridges to store that ice cold beer and stop our chocolate from melting, a nice huge bathtub with a jacuzzi function... And wave machine... And, of course, we must have hammocks, wonderful weather all the time, really exotic animals and plant life, and be able to converse with God. THAT would be a cool island. Kiama

lets see....lots of fruit for making alcohol...! plenty of food, obviously High quality weather... Nubile women... and, on a higher note, a strange, deserted library.. I reckon I could manage to make the other few things i'd need...

I know this goes against the whole 'deserted' thing and all but... I would want my friends on the island - including all the friends I have met here in Aeclectic! Now that would be fun!

I'm a city boy, so the deserted island scenario doesn't appeal to me. Strand me in a big ol' loft condo with five members of the opposite sex, and then we'll talk.
