Hypnotherapy

Has anyone had Hypnotherapy? Did it work for you? I had Hypnotherapy about 5 years ago and had some good and some very bad experiences. :) The first time I went to see a Hypnotherapist, I just wanted to give it a go but didn’t think that it would work. Well it did!! I stopped smoking after one session and got my confidence back. 2 week after...And it was only £30 for half an hour. The 2nd time I went to see someone else and this didn’t work so much but I think I needed a few more sessions to be honest and that was only £12.50 I checked out a few other places and they was charging £60 for half an hour!!!! :eek: My bad experience was a Hypnotherapist but he was a pervert. I won’t go into the details but because I was Hypnotised before I just knew something was not right, and I pulled my self out of it and almost punched the bugger!! And this was on a local high st. and he had number certificates on the wall to con people. I would like to have it again but I can’t find the details of the first one and I would recommend it but I would make sure that the Hypnotherist is registered and get as much info as you can, as anyone can put an ad in the mag saying that they are qualified. It’s worth it in the end just shop around before you buy as they say! Funky

I went to a hypnotherapist some number of years ago, to help clear up residues from early incidents, and ended up scaring the britches off of him. }) Everything started out 'normal' as these things go.... but I was talking 4 unidentifiable languages, 14th century French, and an ancient German language within about 15 minutes of being under. On the plus side, it did clear up those issues.

Cricket, It sound more like a past life experience or regression. But at least it worked!! I think if people have issues like child abuse which they have forgotten about this could be a bad thing. A friend of mine couldn't remember anything from below the age of 10, she knew somethingwasn't right so she took some drug ( I don't know the name of it ) with a Doctor advice. It was like regression and she found out that all her brothers and sisters was abused including herself .........4 months down the line she killed herself. She was not ready for this at all but she could understand why she was doing certain self distructive tings in her life. It took me years to get over her death. But I got a message from her in one of my last reading that I had with a medium as she never comes through. I just knew it was her and it made me feel good inside knowing that she is still with me, even though she has passed on. I also want to clear up a few thing which i know about myself but it's nothing that I don't know already as I can even remember learning how to walk!! I just want to get bak to the good old confident me and I think I was a bit too over confident but I had NO FEARS!! so i was always up for it so to speak! Funky:)
