new moderator!!!

I would like to pass over the responsibility of moderator to.................*drum roll please* KIAMA!!!!!!!!!!! i would like to thank you kiama personally for taking over this section. with the forums loading so slowly it was taking me an enormous amount of time to moderate all three sections. i thank you! love, jade

gosh, my server goes down for a couple of days and there are all kinds of changes by the time i get back! e-time waits for no one. gee, Major Tom, i think you hurt jade's feelings. i hope we can all agree that she has done a great job moderating all three of these sections for a long time now. it does take a lot of time and you don't get to enjoy the boards nearly as much. happy to have kiama on board for sure, but don't want to see jade drift off spirituality board with feelings hurt. just my take, love, light and hope, New River

*Foot in mouth alert!* :o I also think that Jade has done an excellent job with this forum - My comment regarding Kiama being perfect for the forum *should have* included the provisio 'if Jade needs to move on'... I've often marvelled at Jade's talent. :-) I know we haven't lost her - her commitment to this community is as strong as anyone's. Her wit and wisdom are legendary among us. Jade - I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. :'( What I meant to say was Kiama is perfect choice for your replacement on this board - I truly couldn't think of anyone better equiped to step into your place. :-) Forgive me if my lack of talent to express myself clearly in writing has caused you pain.

thanks major tom (and everyone else too :) ), making the decision to let someone else moderate this section was a difficult one to make. if the boards weren't loading so slowly, i would never had given it up and then to see your post, although my intention of posting this thread was to cheer on kiama and give her a great warm comfy squishy welcome.............it hurt my feelings. i felt like i was being pushed out instead of choosing to let it go :( then i read pollux suggesting that aquarian goddess co-moderate the astrology and divination......well, it is difficult to feel that all the time and effort that i have put in to these sections has gone unnoticed. :( thanks for your words ..... i truly appreciate them. and kiama, i am honored to have you moderate this section. you will do more than great!!!!!!! :) in light, jade

JADE! JADE! JADE!!! :( I could I ever want to hurt someone with such a wondrous and lovely nick? Do tell me, how could I? :( I almost have to go the same way as Major Tom did... I didn't mean to say all you think, AT ALL!!! I only wanted to say, that - I can't find that, is it in the pther post? maybe yes... - I only wanted to say that if you needed help even for the astro, AG might have been a perfect helpp for you. If you see, I even adde "(co-)" not to have you hurt. But that doesn't seem to have worked. :( Really, I think that's understood we are so happy about the work of Admin. and Moder. It's easy, maybe, but I really can't do much more...but to say it again. I admire you and your work. That is obvious, and no one can say otherwise, having no reason of proof, especially in this moment of difficulty for Solandia and all of us. I understand what it takes, I am an Admin too of a MSN-Community, and that makes me go freak!!! People keep posting topics as reply, instead of reply to the posts directly!!! You get 300 messages that answer each other, and yet have to get what's the sequence. Isn't it easier to push "Reply", I wonder? ??? I wasn't judging your job!!! really, I wnated to suggest someone that could have helped you. No one can judge without having the job themselves. And I was not, please understand! If only English were my first language I'd manage to explain myself better... >( Now, you got me feeling guilty. :( I really didn't want you to feel bad because of me. Please accept my apologies. Though I say that, I is not as it comes over. I hope you understand. My problem in this situations is my english, not to deep enough to make people see what I meant and how sorry I am. I'll try so... pollux you are so sweet. just to let everyone know how sweet, he even emailed me directly......aaahhh how sweet is that :* i really did feel better after my bath. my feelings were hurt, but i quickly realized that i was reading WAY more into the comments than everyone meant to say. so i send an apology back to you all for being sensitive! this board is a wonderful place BECAUSE of all the people that take the time to come here, sharing, learning and walking their paths.............we all learn from each other and for that, we are all thankful :) in light, jade ps i really do feel better. so let's all cheer on kiama and forget about my sensitive moment. :) (i feel so hugged now!!!) love to you all. :) jade
