This could be FUN! zorya gave me the idea as some thing was picked up about me. So it would be good if we could post what we pick up about eachother putting aside the things we already know about the person. Any images, words or thoughts whatever comes to your mind don't disgard it just post it here! :* I've been getting this for the last few weeks and even had a dream about it but I can't get anything else....... To tell you the truth I don’t know if this is for Kiama or Kayne but I think it could be for both of you. I keep getting an over weight woman with very thick black hair in your life but I feel this woman is a family member and I feel that her intentions are good but you should just be a little patient when talking to this woman as she feels that you are not hearing her. I feel that you get on with this woman but some time she gets your back up a bit, I feel that she always calls you when your busy. I also pick up that her birthday is just coming up or hit has just passed. I also feel that this woman is without a partner and she loves her pets a lot. The reason why I keep getting this woman is because she will be very useful in some project that you are just about to start. For another reason I want to push you both together. FP

I remember once i was giving a friend a reading and i picked up this woman and told her about the situation etc. but I did notice that it was me that I was discribing in this situation with my friend. Well Funkpuss... I think it could be me :D I am very close to my best friend (and room mate's) mum, I knew her before I knew my friend and she is like a very accepting motherly friend who has been a very positive influence in my life. She is single and dearly loves her pets. She is always calling and I can never just pass her on to her daughter, which I don't mind because I love catching up with her. What's more, she is the person that first encouraged an interest in the occult for me, particularly astrology and palm reading... I always give her readings when ever I see her. She has also helped me develop many of my art projects, by being so possitive and also by helping with ideas. Perhaps she is the person I need to consult about my current project, my latest tarot deck. Hmm... you say I am not 'hearing' her. She has had some very amazing things happen to her recently, including falling in love with a man in Ireland via the net... That's definately been her main focus of late... Perhaps I am not supporting her enough in this new direction her life has taken? Hmmm.... I will really give this a lot of thought... Hi Kayne, Yep it’s for you I hate to make things fit for people if the message is not for them. But this is for you for sure!! Kayne one thing to do when someone gives you a reading is not to feed them info like you did.ie. this woman and this man from Ireland ……..well to add to that I feel this is where your not listening, only in a was that most people have doughts about meeting people via the internet, but I would say that she will meet this man from Ireland and they are going to get on well but I feel that he needs to tell her something, it maybe a little disappointing to her but it won’t come as a shock as I feel this woman knows more than she lets on. :eek:But for you kayne I feel you will be in the same boat as her very soon! I’m not talking tarot I’m talking relationship here! And I feel that you know this female already but you don’t see her in that way but she like you a lot! You are scaring me a little funkpuss :) Hmm... Young female (also motherly) has almost definately got to be my bestfriend/room mate/daughter of the woman interested in the man in Ireland. (She just got her hair cut and dyed...) Main reason we are best friends, besides having so much in common etc... I am gay and certainly not interested in a relationship... with her. :p I may be in the same boat as her mum though. I am going to Europe next year, for at least a year, and a relationship with someone I have met online could be a reality... :D You are right that I am single and not really interested in meeting someone though, mostly because I am going away and know that I couldn't/wouldn't maintain a long distance relationship with someone back home. So... what else can you tell me funkpuss??? Anyone else can jump in here too! It's not a closed discussion. Has anyone else had experiences like this (ie. seeing other peoples lives.)

Hey Kayne, Just tell me what you think! As you say it's stuff that you already know but you can add to this. When I first starting getting stuff many years ago I thought it was just my mind. You don't have to be born with the gift as they say as every has it!! trust me!! But don't try too hard. It's the little tiny things that counts it could evern be just words or a picture but when you start ofyou will jet just that but I do ask questions if I'm stuck on something. As i said before I had that woman in my head for you for weeks now and I just dissmissed it as I thought it was my mind and look what happened when I mentioned it , even though I felt it was silly. Sorry that I havn't been able to pick anything else up as my head was cracking yesterday. I'm not going to take any more prozac as it's making me feel worse. I'll be OK later. Gook luck! Funky

Hi Kayne, Silly me no, it's not only a project that I'm working (orange wallpaper) it's the really old wallpaper in my Dad's livingroom. it's a got orange in it and brown and all sorts of bad floral and the tea pot is in the sameroom. I know why you got kitchen because the unit that the teapot is on is for the kitchen. Sooooo brill, nice one. YOU see what happens if you try!! it's really simple but it's something that can be easy dissmissed as you think it's just your mind. I feel a little better now so I will come back later with some more info Opps I've got a quick one that's just come to me know.........this guy online, I feel that your not so intrested? for some reason did he say something to put you off or has ther been a lack of communication. I just feel a bit of a gap there.You can do the same about this guy online, see when you pick up. Is it you that ALWAYS wears a cap?? when I me always I mean it's on your head 24/7 unless you have to take it of to wash your hair. if it's not you it must me the guy online as I'm picking that up without trying. How did I miss this thread?.!!! Funkpuss: Random things picked up... Wide Double-glazed window, with a wide sill (or a thin table?), looking out at pine/fir trees. High up. THe sky is stormy, or just one of those black english rainclouds. Door to the left, in the corner of the room. Shelves on wall to its near side. Feeling of happiness and power. Someone with dark hair, not too tall, not too thin. Possibly female..i think. And not too young, but not that old. Persistence of clock. Feeling of worry about time? Bracelet, (or watch?). its new. Walking on soft carpet in socks. Sorry i didn't get anything deep or useful....But then, at least I haven't stuck my nose into issues ;)...mind if i meditate on this more?

okay. I am amazed. I've been reading this post for days. Funkpuss, you really have a gift. and, what intrigues me is the fact that supposedly this is something everybody can tap into... It makes me think. Is it kind of like "first impression" stuff... you know, that feeling you get when you first meet someone, or think about that person... you know, you get an overall feeling of what type of person they are, their likes, the lifestyle they lead? I think we all tend to create mental pictures of people.... we have to, I guess it's a survival mechanism... even at the basic level of the division of "friend or foe"... hmmm. interesting!!! I never really followed through with exploring my intuition... I guess I am afraid of feeling silly or being totally off the mark.... gee. how do you guys do this??? .... also, I hate to be a pain, but I'm soooo curious... (!!!) ... can you pick up anything about me? :) no pressure, just curiousity!!!

I LIVE IN MY SOCKS 24/7 I can’t live without my socks even when I’m on a very hot holiday I’ve still got to have my little socks on. Persistence of clock. I’m always worried about getting to places on time so some time a go I went without my watch just to get over that madness. + My so called friend knows I depressed and she told me that she was going to call and she never did. This happens all the time with her, she is a OK but I think I should end the friendships as she is always late and not supportive as she used to be, so I was worried about that. Hi MalachiteJ The only thing I keep on getting is Wellington boots and you need to sort something out in the relationship area as there are mind games been played by both of you. I just feel that there should be more communication with someone that you like. Also I don’t know but feel that it could be a new situation and you don’t know if someone likes you or not but you like them. Also you keep putting of some trip that you wanted to go on. JoyaJ I just pick up that sometimes you can be a bit sensitive to people’s jokes and take it the wrong way. Ohhh don’t bite!! I don’t feel that your like that normally, has someone let you down? I don’t think it’s anything big. I feel a little bit cross (upset) and you could you with letting your hair down. I already know that you’re a Graphic designer like myself but I feel that you will be thinking of changing your Accountant if you havn’t got one already. But the feeling that I’ve got is that you want to do things your way but hang on for a little while and keep the Accountant that you have. Everyone has free will, so what you want it’s just want I’m picking up. I could be totally wrong?? But I’m just saying what I’ve got for you. what! no million :( LOL just knowing that things will be fine is great news! :) thanks so much! the poodle was on a leash being walked, on a sidewalk. i didn't get any strong emotions one way or other, maybe the word "pleasant" would apply but this is only an afterthought.

I actually can't relate to that part, about being too sensitve to jokes... but that's okay, cause my boyfriend says I'm too sensitive... so maybe you're on to something... but, you are DEAD ON about the accountant thing --- I do not have an accountant now... but have just decided to call a financial advisor and make an appointment this week -- and his name was referred to me by my boyfriend's accountant, who I called upon to do my taxes. so, cool! thanks! this is pretty cool! and I'm glad you're feeling better -- and I would definitely buy a book about your experiences with all this.... it's amazing.... good luck with it! :) joya

i can't believe i'm going to try this again, my visions usually come to me when they want, not when i want, so, funky girl, you've got me making a fool of myself again,LOL, ............buildings, that are right up against each other, like row buildings but not all indentical. then sidewalk, then street. building made of stone blocks, not brick, steps with handrails , handrails kind of curlicue. someone on the steps playing guitar. (the poodle was on a leash) i think the leash was significant in some way, but not sure how. p.s. thanks for saying all the nice stuff *blushes* :OL zorya

ths is unbelieveble! how are you doing this. a few months ago my mother gave me a book about withes and there was told about a technique how to do this, but i never tried, it was so difficult to focus, maybe i was afraid it wouldn't work or that i would fail. but keep on, i like reading this thread, amazing...

I agree with Rostie...I have never tried this before so here goes...Funkpuss..I see you bending over to pick something up in front of a wooden chair with a cushion of some sort of floral pattern, big flowers not loud flowers just big ones..it is in a living room or something, not a kitchen,you are standing on beige carpet....Am i completely off? A bit later...I think you are trying to pull off your socks, like when you are trying to get a sock off that is stuck on your foot and you yank and yank....I think it means that you are trying to shed your old skin for new..Like a snake..maybe it is just from all the posts i have read from you..

Zorya :)you always pick up France for some good reason . The buildings are made from stone and I was always saying it would be nice to be in a brick house or building. The poodle is one of 2 thing a picture that I was looking at in a book and France again which is very important for me. I don’t know why apart from the ex-boyfriend, as when I was other there I didn’t think it was anything special but I really really want to go back there and live but in a different part and all off the buildings are in stone/ concreat. Funkpuss, I see you doing a reading with the Hanson-Roberts deck...I dont know the spread but in front of your right shoulder is the Knight of swords reveresed.. From what I see this is the person that is after you with a bat or metal bar... it came to me as I was trying to sleep..I was actually thinking about how much we were alike in some ways..overwhelming feelings, carrying hanson-roberts deck..and trying to tap into your love life...Then it came to me..So I get up and look through my deck for the knight and he felt like the right one when he came up. I'm thinking RedWood's spot on with that. I looked again, and it seemed like this person was coming after you in a temper, with some sort of hitting weapon picked up off the street... Looked like it could have been on a curved street, or near a corner with an odd angle (not a right angle), lots of dark tall buildings, all of them older and dirty, either stone or brick... not sure... and there was a single street lamp. Or at least just one that was lit. Could have been more that weren't working... seemed to be dark out, too. Either early morning or late evening, or the whole scene was backlit by city lights - the sky behind it all was kind of an orange color.

I found and read through this thread just now...and oh my goodness. . . I needed to take my biggest two birds out (Emmy Lou and Normie) and put both of them on me just to calm me down. They are preening my hair and trying to pull out my earring studs, which loses them, and they are dissipating the strong negative stuff I just got, and calming the big shock of excitement and awe I was overwhelmed by. . .it's their special gift, of the 12 I have, to be my balancing guides of harmony and tranquility. funkpuss: I've talked to you, begged you to fly out to CA, rambled on about my troubles...and more...and I could tell you were fairly young, and pretty, BUT- Your photo speaks volumes abount you as aperson and as a power. Nothing bad is coming at you, except some minor nightmares (to strong of a word...mild negative dreams/ both day type and night type). I'm no psychic about events AT ALL. I have always been told that my readings were deeply appreciated because of how I saw into the person and helped them see themselves...which is something non-tarot people do need and have so few places to find help in modern times. I would never predict an event- and I know Cricket a little, so there is no reason to doubt the loving intent of the warning cricket gave, but Jade and I, and all of us, can see only the amazing blaze of intense, true light and love that is coming to you , through you, and will never actually let disaster befall you...only slight ups and downs that FEEL like disasters, and all intensely emotional people have those. You know, things happen for a reason. Why would Funkpuss have started this thread at the time she did if it was not meant to be? You have to admit, this is not a routine thread. She must have needed the protection everyone has offered her. Everyone's gift lies in a different direction. Some pick up health issues (sickness, broken bones etc...), some pick up emotional well-being issues, some pick up the darker issues such as Cricket. Some are like me, I see how things or rather events connect to each other. Just something to think about. Now, what do you see about me? Just kidding :D

Sometimes when I write "automaticly," which I don't use in the sense of having spirits or someONE talking through me, but to describe an intentional, willed, connection to the unversal web. It's kind of like being a spider and letting the force of the infinite (like wind) shake the strand I hang upon, I let it move me, my mind opens up and words come out if I keep my hand moving... Many times what comes out are astonishingly strange poems- some have parts I use months later to start another session of writing. (Natalie Gold berg, in her book "Writing Down the Bones" explains some of these methods-I wish I'd found the book back when I was so convinced this kind of writing was just my silliness and a great way to play with your favorite markers) I never saw it quite this way: ***DollChica*** you and Cricket got me to see something: Some of the really violent symbolism that I thought came out of me because I was connecting to "rage" or spewing out images from the old "reptilian brain". . . Now I wonder if it isn't just that the violent and dark archetypal forces, influences, and, well, entities- (no Enochian reference here) are expressing their presence just as will the other sort. . . through our every action and thought which , of course, are actually reactions to SOME kind of input from somewhere, and we might choose to see the images as symbolic (yet no less real) and as a release of the tension that would perhaps result if all the forces that seemed unpleasant or repulsive to our social conciousness were repressed and denied. Enough from me, I am leaning much too far from Jung, (eek!) and. . . **look out** I don't want to get any of that stinky old Freud on my new cowboy boots :) }) :)

i have done a couple of readings before that you may interpret coming from somewhere other than the light, although i would disagree with you. i saw a clients husband being decapitated. i saw all this glass breaking and his head being lopped off. i spent quite a bit of time setting up protections for him. the next day she called me to tell me that her hubby (a crane operator) came home from work - white as a ghost. he was in the cab of the crane and the guy who was holding the wrecking ball wasn't paying attention and let it go. he couldn't explain how.....but the ball actually moved over about a foot and missed his glass cab by that much! he said it was coming right on and it was like someone pushed it out of it's path. now these balls are huge and very heavy.....they don't veer! another time, in a reading, i saw a boy named michael.........he was (going to get) hit by a truck and was paralyzed by it. i wrapped him and unfortunately forgot to wrap the negative energy too. it bounced off michael and hit his friend..........his friend was temporarily paralized but recovered completely. so sometimes we do get messages............messages that are given so that the situation can be changed. in light, jade

I don't want to over-write or think on it- I tried a spread I used to use constantly (Solar Ray Spread -Merlin deck) as am exercise in seeing if I could see anything about dollchica (this is a NEW thing for me, Tarot is not a tool or a means to seeing specific right or wrong in my use and study. . ) but to focus on new effort and stretching- here's a few brief notes for you dollchica- at the root of the influences exerting most pull on you and any issues in your life at this point (tonight-this week-) is some question relating to your personal power- the ability to make things happen- in the struggle you face: whether or not you can resolve a serious conflict re: a person whom you care deeply about (page of serpents---that is wands in Merlin---) and I see that as a child of your own who would be a fire sign or an aries rising/ moon etc- (if I worked this way before, I'd decide how to sort some of that out-) Let me stop hedging: you face a serious problem in gathering your own resources of spiritual power (magician in root) and a recent drain on that power. Out on a limb, as exercise in risk- You got chariot in negative influences- and 5 of birds (swords) in the "answer" - or the Balance position of the ray . . . Possibly (because 5 of birds/swrds is rev-) the outcome is only going to find it's balance if you are able to find outside, objective proof that will allow you to resolve the negative influences of your own and others misperception of the "page of wands person" and let you stop the drive towards fixing the problem immediately: the honesty and intentions of the page are wrongly in question, and it is not unresonable of you to be bringing all your resources and energy to the purpose of resolution using logic and will, in the urge to fix this problem - key word is "quickly" trying to fix it. . .there are some incorrect/ misrepresented factors- and the time it takes to let go and sit in a comfy chair with a few cards to undo the negative influences position of Chariot (you'll know) maybe empress, priestess, ace of cups, and on top of those- try laying the Rider-waite 9 of Pentacles- (not much for pents, but this has a power to resolve a few things-) The jumper (even more important and commonly happens in this long shot/lackof anything much present spread-) is the page of Beasts- (pents) so there I will leave it- Only you will know why the page ( a totally male or femalr in Merlin dk- and not as much a young child-) of Pentacles is the key to the understanding of the whole spread. . .I have never gone out on a twig and recited my poems in a public park full of happy strangers, but I am working this as a stretch of my own a bility to take ANY kind of risks- so that was the whole of the challenge for me- to take the risk of doing the reading and sharing it. . . if it helps, that is bonus points for you, ---just making sure I actually post this (do I dare< and do I dare?) is a big milestone in my progress, and I am needing to see myself take a bold and FOOL'S step over the edge thus refusing to preview or edit or regret this-

Wow! Thanks! It relates. I haven't been able to make one thing happen since I've been here!!! It's like the Air Force sends me to Japan and my life just goes to Hell in a handbasket. I have no control over one aspect of my life except lifting weights at 4 in the morning. After that, my life is a crapshoot. Just the attempt to gain some kind of control has been an immense drain. Only have 2 kids, a libra(6, male) and a scorpio(11, female). Don't know their risings. My husband is also a scorpio. My 3 troops are an aries(24), a virgo(22), and a scorpio(22). My son was having some serious school problems. They made him start too young. He should have waited another year. I finally told them that he will be repeating 1st grade next year. Period. My daughter was in the gifted and talented program until we got here. She was so miserable that she couldn't function. Now, she has finally made some friends and they have invited her to join their Hogwarts (it's a Harry Potter thing) group. Her grades have jumped way back up to where they were before we came here. It's funny, because she asked for a Robin Wood deck about 2 weeks before the hogwarts group even approached her. Funny that you mention doing a spell and which cards to use. Dollchica- I read through the entire beginning to end of this thread only now, I had scanned it so fast before- and I did not know you were in Japan, or in the military, or in the "mom" situation- I had forgotten ALL about the "needing a name for business thread" not forgot the thread- just didn't connect it to you, and I got NO relation to business or career in the reading, which = no significance for you and your new ventures-because: I never get info on money or career, unless I focus and focus on a specific person's question- even then, it is like pentacles for me- the mundane and physical world of events and business and schedules is not my best level. . .... all I knew of you was your general character as revealed in the tone of the few replies to threads I follow- and female, etc, and that you asked for us to give it a shot. The school has decided that my son has ADHD (attention-deficit-hyperactive-disorder). So they just did a 6 week long evaluation on him. He was graded on a scale of 0-9 every 30 minutes. The pressure was really getting to him during weeks 5 & 6 and he was acting out at school, at home, at his babysitters... This was during a very stressful time for me. I've been trying to get my act together. I was also supposed to be studying for promotion during this time and I couldn't because I had to spend all of my spare time trying to get him caught up in class. I needed this promotion because without it, I'm not taken seriously at the job. Now my daughter, who has just entered the puberty phase is stressing me out because she has been lazy. She's now finally getting her school act together, but getting her to do anything at home without having to get ugly with her is getting rare. I finally had to put the hammer down so to speak. But I hate having to be like that. I wish kids came with users manuals :D

Actually I am still kind of blown that you have a son who is having any sort of trouble- as I said- this kind of use in Tarot is too new for me to catch half the thoughts that fly in (always- for most people, right?) If you do have any question I could try again- I always use tool-tarot or runes or special stuff- I don't feel aware of what is my "stuff" and what is "outside stuf" w/out tools to direct my Self on a path. The balancing of the negative and positive forces at this point (according to the reading-) were to slow down, first. Then- the five of birds(swrds) reversed- Don't believe everything you hear from others (teachers???) about son, or YOU- Or, I also felt a possibility that this reading was about the future- Balance to the loss of your power and your strength being wasted in a series of battles that don't need fighting at this time- or perhaps at all. . . Though I must be tapping into the psychic volleyball (as someone so aptly put it) because I find myself getting a headache as I near the end of the posts. How do you tap into a person with just their screenname? I love to hear about these images, because I have been trying to tap into my own abilities. I get strange images and visions of people at times but they don't make any sense to me... on occassion I'll get some news and my reaction is "I knew that" becuase it taps into something I saw in a daydream. Hello again Allison (I've always liked that name) I have my upbeat moments. They used to be few and far between. Internalizing is my M.O. Studying spiritual matters and looking to the cards for insight has helped more than anything. So does repeating like a mantra "and this too, shall pass..." Thank you so much for all of your help.
