Hi,
I finally added a pair of Moqui marbles to my crystal collection. I still haven't used them for a ritual as I first want to get more "bonded" with them.
Does anyone work regularly with Moquis?

They are also called "living stones". You usually buy them as a male (ufo-shaped) and female (round) stone. They are somehow magnetic (at least mine have a kind of magnetic attitude which even feel folk who is not so much in stones, etc. can feel)
They were very appreciated by the Native Americans for their healing qualities and spiritual power. The smaller ones are often called "Boji stones".

The Living Stones I know of are cactus derivatives... They are plants that actually look exactly like stones or pebbles!! My Grandad used to grow them, and I love them to bits.
Are these Moquis made of metal? I'm assuming they are since they're magnetic... What are they used for?

Hi Kim,
Yes, the expression "living stones" is a bit misleading as there exist this cactus derivate.
I will check in my book this evening to get more information about the Moquis. They consist of several minerals but I do not recall them now.
I'll come back to you.

Ok,
There is a part of iron mixed with other minerals in the moquis. Their very centre consists of...sand.
