Are we going to celebrate all together again? Shan't we get this going? Maybe it's just the paranoid me... AND for you of the Southern emisphere, why don't you get organised as well??? WOW!!! Celebrating opposing sabbaths together... I just love it! :D

i am just curious - how is midsummer celebrated in the rest of the world? here in sweden it is a big BBQ party all over the country:) we raise maypoles and dance and pick flowers and dream of our future husband. it is a night filled with folklore and magic and it is fun because it is for everyone - not just pagans. i'll be having a BBQ and just walk around town and see what is happening, going to just soak up the magic of the midsummer sun and gather some herbs:)

Jema - What a lovely way to celebrate! My daughters and go to the local flower market and purchase flowers to weave into flower crowns to wear. We also have a BBQ, sit around our outdoor fireplace (in the evening) and let the children dance around with sparklers... :TQC Starfish

UFF!!! It seems no one is interested in starting the Online Ritual. Liliana and I will start it, since no one thought about it so far. I will PM arizonagirl and Mewah to tell them, and Kiama, Malachite, Dragon... (who else usually participates? I don't remember... :rolleyes: ) BTW what is a BBQ? A barbeque? Fire is in the tradition of Midsummer I hear... I like it! }) AND... is there anyone who is willing to celebrate an handfasting, and someone needing one? Might be interesting you know, I have never seen one... *lol* :D

Liliana will start the Midsummer Celebrations. I will lend a hand if I can. PLEASE JOIN US! It's quite boring starting a thread and post in TWO. I am at the first Wheel. I know next to nothing, just what Kiama, Liliana, Meewah, jade arizonagirl and some other good soul tell me about the Sabbats... Liliana will be great, I know. :)

hey, remember to get out there too. the real magick of the midsummer for me takes place outdoors, under the trees, with grass between your toes, in the sea, on the beach, under the sky:)
