spirit guide

im not quite sure if this is related or not, but ill share. i had a dream the other night that i was in the woods in a log cabin with sylvia browne. (i dont know if any of you read any of her books, but im a big fan) in my dream, i had a basic feeling of that she was there to answer any questions i had, and i asked her about my spirit guide, and the name of my guide. she told me to look in the doorway of the cabin to see my spirit guide, and for some reason, i was too scared to look, but i did see a shadowy female figure with a green and yellow aura. i think i do remember her saying something like my guide's name was mya. i dont really remember anything after that. ive been wondering for a long time after that, if it actually happened (v.i.a. astral travel) because i have been thinking about my spirit guide(s) a lot, wanting to know their name and such, or if it was just a dream. any thoughts/ideas are very welcome.

don't worry the moderators can attach it to the thread :D perhaps you did do some astral travelling. we do most of our work in the astral state (dream state) so i would certainly put some value on this. in light, jade :D
