Energy Healing

I was wondering how other ppl here do energy healing. I myself can do the "beaming" for long distance, but lately ive been makeing balls of energy and then sending them out. I was wondering what methods others use, and if they can "bend" the energy to do diffrent things like me. So let me know about what you do.

It sounds confusing, trying to explain this, but i've always felt that this energy you're dealing with IS the Goddess. the Mother. Whatever you want to call her. I feel that when people say about casting spells, that this is just the Goddess interacting with us... The same as if you were lifting your arm to move something. I see her as an intangible force, or "energy", like you said. So when I cast, yes, I always feel like i'm working with energy, just like you said.

since i use reiki to send distance healings i use the symbols taught to me......but i also visualize the recipient between my hands and i send them the energy or light. in light, jade

i've been working with long distance aura healing, a kind of feeling the aura thing. i've recently started sending reiki, and am learning about sending energy balls. i also sometimes just send light, of different colors, to envelope the person. it all depends on what they need. the reiki often enhances the other methods that i use.

Hi Whitedragon I do energy healing with the following methods. Reiki - Seichem - Eshaum - Spiritual - Trance. You can do past life healing and long distance healing especially with Reiki and Seichem. I believe we all have the ability to work with energy even without the attunements of Reiki, Seichem, etc. Could you explain about bending the energy. Love and light

Well yogi by bending heres what I mean. Take "healing" energy for instance I can bend it to make it do something diffrent or effect someone in a certain way. Or "bend" it to act like other energy, also I can take one form of energy and bend it to act like another but its still the same kind. Its a little cofuseing, let me know if that helped.

I like the idea of energy balls. I have recently begun working with chakras (specifically being more grounded). While doing my daily walk I take a ball of color from the white light above me and move it down through each chakra to see how it feels, what it does. I have sometimes “sent” positive energy to others but without any visualization. Would be interested in hearing more about how others do this.

Ive sent energy to ppl without visualzation as well. If Im near a person that is out of balance, or needs some healing. Its like I automaticaly sent it. It also works when i touch someone who needs healing. The energy flows right into them when i touch them....no visualation required.
