Healing energy needed

Hi everyone- Anyone that can, please send some healing energies to a good friend of mine, Elizabeth in South Carolina, USA who lost everything she owned this afternoon in a house fire. Thankfully she was with me at the time and is safe but unfortunately some of her cats were inside and were probably killed (unsure since a window was left opened and they possibly escaped.) Please focus your energies that she find the peace and strength she needs during this difficult time and light a candle to the Goddess Bast that she watch over her kitties and welcome them into her eternal embrace. The candle will be lit tonight, and my thoughts will be with her... Not to sound cold or unfeeling, but her life will go on. Things like this happen for a reason, and hopefully we learn and grow from it. I wasn't too thrilled when I was told I had cancer. Since then I've become very spiritual and close to my spirits. (with the floods, unpleasantness of my past, my spirits keep saying "forget the past and go on with your future." Remind her, "they are just things, they can be replaced. Your safe, and that's what counts." I know she'll be fine. I can feel it. I also know that she's lucky to have your support.

Moonklad: My love and healing goes to Elizabeth during this hard time. Some people will say that maybe this is her chance to move away from the material side of life, and focus more on other things, but I find this very difficult to do, as I'm sure Elizabeth does. So, I think I sympathise with her: Losing all you own in one day, all that you've worked hard for, all the comforts you are used to, and all your bits and bobs which contain treasured memories is a very difficult thing to go through. And I really hope her cats got out okay... Keep us updated, and let us know how she gets on, and if the cats are okay. Kiama

when I lost everything, I was also loosing my hair in large chunks. Prozac helped with the depression and crying I went through. I went to see a psycic for a reading... I was told that I was still in the moarning moad, and that I was following the "jesus theme" in life, but instead of death, I go on to rebuild and become more spiritual, which has happened. It's still hard to forget that past and how upsetting it was. But I know I must, and get on with life...

Your poor friend. The candles will be lit tonight, the energy will go out. Does she know anything more about the poor cats yet? Have any of the missing ones been found?

i'm sending light and love as well. blessings to you all, and thank you for loving so much and letting us all know about this. please update us as you can, about how she is doing, and if she knows anything about her kitties. goddess, that makes me sad. i would hate for anything to happen to our cats, i know she must be worried. keep us informed.

Hi everyone- thanks so much for the energies everyone send. It means more than you know. Fortunately all of her kitties escaped the fire and are safe now except one. We found his burned body the next day and buried him. On a lighter note, one of her cats gave birth the day of the fire, but moved her kittens outside and about 10 feet off the ground into a hollowed out place in a nearby tree. Her resourcefulness saved their lives and I am pleased to report that all three babies and mom are doing great! I have decided I am keeping one and naming it Phoenix. Elizabeth is holding up well and sends thanks for the thoughts and prayers that Bast now holds her little boy that didn't escape safe and close. thanks again blessings, Moonklad
