it depends on you zorya. try sending them together and see if it works for you :D (this is all about learning :D) love jade ps i've sent you two your sessions. pss take the sessions all at once on sunday!

reiki has been sent! jade, i had this very, very strong surge of something hit me this morning, as i started reading my cards. is it possible that the reiki didn't wait for me to ask for it?

everything is possible. see if, when you go to take the session tomorrow if there is anything that comes. perhaps you got another session from someone, or it may have been this one...........but only one way to find out for sure. :D love jade

this was really cool , you definately feel two energies. one very light, like flying, the traveling on the wind one; and the other very down to earth, heavier. so these two mixing and swirling was quite a sensation. i met someone but i don't know who it was. kaz

cool. i was in a very unwell state when i took mine.......and within probably 3 minutes i was sooo much better! so thanks for the reiki you two. i loved it. zorya, how was yours? love jade

wow kaz! that sounds really cool? wonder which of us was which, lol. i felt a small vibration, then felt relaxed. i seem to be doing better at sending than receiving. i feel much more when i send. hey jade! any ideas on this?

zorya, you are IN the energy so much that i think you feel the burst of the beginning of the session but then you cozy down into ........ so natural........ that you feel like you no longer feel it, even though you are receiving it. make sense? jade

i really don't know for sure. i just know that i often feel a session at the beginning and then i'm just so used to it.....i melt and don't really 'feel' it as much. although that varies. sometimes it's so intense throughout........ so what i'm saying is i don't know. heehee i'm full of sh*t. hahahahahaha.............. oh well. i can't be perfect and know everything heehee love jade ~~~~~ anyone up for another exchange this weekend? a birdie told me that we have more reiki people on this board!!!!!!! anyone? love jade

zorya, i never feeled (felt?) it like that before, so it was great experience. normally is a superrelaxer for me, like when you sink in a tub or whatever relaxes you, such sort of feeling.......hmm well, ok, cant explain better kaz

having second degree makes it easier to send healings by distance but it's not necc. to have it to do this. :D so................. the way i teach is............. sit in a comfy position, perhaps cross-legged and hold your hands about 6 inches apart in front of you, palms facing each other. visualize the person(s) that you are sending reiki to in between your palms. ask the reiki energy to go to them, and to wait for them to ask for the healing before it blesses them with the energy. a distant healing takes less time than a hands on session........hands on is about 1 - 1.5 hours. but a distant session takes about 10-20 minutes. as you get more comfy doing this, you can visualize more than one person at a time in between your palms. perhaps you feel ready to visual the group of RA (reiki aecletians) all at once. this is your choice, your reality........how much do you trust the energy to do what it's asked to do? when i first began i always did everyone seperately but now i do up to 6 people at once. i find that my focus of each individual gets lost if i do more than 6 people. and some days i can't even do 6. so it's an individual, one sesson at a time, thing. :) any more questions? love and light, jade :)

oh that's great redwood. whe you send the session, still ask it to join with the other energies.......as there is no time and space............(which you learned during your attunement........it didn't matter that we weren't in the same space.......or ready at the same time..............it still happened exactly as it was supposed to) and remember to enjoy your session as well! try to take your session during the day, sitting at the park or on the couch, so you can 'feel' the energy and not fall asleep during it heehee (which is what was happening during the first exchanges we were doing) love and light, jade :D

i have chosen not to take mine. instead i have asked that my reiki sessions be sent to bean,.....my little friend to assist in his recovery. thank you all for your healings though, i'm sure i would have loved them but this seemed more appropriate. love jade

jade, great idea to send them through to beans :-) i have been sending him every morning and night in addition my exerience: the relaxing state where i go in, like most of the times. and, i went to bed an hour after that, i slept like i had not slept for ages, so deep. kaz

just a stupid thought maybe...... comparing two ppl sending and three ppl, its like three is more stronger than 2+1, its not a linear curve, but a hyperbole, like what you get if you plot out y=x squared. as opposed to plotting y=x+1 maybe i dont explain this well......... maybe i talk rubbish kaz

i thought the reason that we were doing these reiki exchanges was to learn from them? if we don't share our experiences and share what sending the session was like (if there was something different about it) then how are we to learn? i would like to see everyone checking in after their exchanges to share and learn and teach each other. cause i'm always interested in learning more. jade
