By Raymond Buckland This book is chock full of information, probably more information than you wanted to know, but interesting nevertheless. Who knew that ‘light travels at 186, 000 miles per second’ or that it vibrates and that this vibration can be ‘measured in units known as Angstrom’? The book’s text and diagrams are easy to follow and there are lists of correspondences throughout, the seven principle chakras, (perineum – red, thymus – green and so in) and even some suggestions on how to make a good colour meditation robe. I would prefer spells I can use without any religious connotations, but this book has a lot to offer and I'd recommend it to anyone practicing Wicca, Witchcraft, Magick, comfortable with the religious aspects of the spells, which include the usual topics of health, wealth and protection. Definately one for the shelf. I will be posting a more detailed review at Tainted Tarot sometime in September 2002. Kind Regards, Dark Flower
